Hey Girls!
I just wanted to write to say that I appreciate the support and offers to loan my skates. I will be back at practice once I actually get my own gear...I'm just "odd" that way....appreciate offers but would rather get my own...and since Uncle Sam is being MEAN to me and takin instead of giving to me I will post back here when I will be expected back. I'm working with Dick Dale as I type to at least get pads!
Also...Wendy BB, I have the paperwork completed....how can I email it to you or something?

Hey Frenchie, there is lots you can do and learn without skates. You should come out to practice anyway.

Please come to practice. You can learn the drills so that you are ready to go when you have your gear and I can use you as a Ref during scrimages. It will help you learn the rules.
